The Fujitsu Forum is the largest event of the company in Europe. This year it had more than 10000 visitors, over 100 expert presentations and breakout sessions, 6 exclusive keynotes and a great closing ceremony. The event at the International Congress Centre Munich (ICM) is a must for managers and IT system administrators. The convention center is among the most modern in the world, it offered 6000 seats, allowed a flexible design for 3032 participants and had 8000m² of exhibition space.
Walbert-Schmitz was chosen again this year to conceptualize and realize the prestigious corporate event. Under the motto “Human Centric Innovation in Action” an exciting brand experience was created, which clearly places the visitor at the forefront of brand communication. Six key industries were graphically highlighted: Automotive, Banking, Factory, Government, Healthcare and Retail. Since the focus of the event was on people, the architecture served as the background with abstracted and transparent scenery.
The brand could be experienced by means of soft materials. Semi-transparent fabric shapes, the columns between 4.5 and 10 meters high and the bright floor helped guide visitors through the forum. The warm light and radiant “Fujitsu-red” created an interesting atmosphere that let visitors participate in Fujitsu’s future.
A YouTube channel was created for the event, providing some insight into the Fujitsu Forum 2015 as well as videos of some of the conferences that took place. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC28vbRMkIi4Jy0I6GJV1Y5A
