Walbert-Schmitz has been designing and building TOTO’s exhibitions stands since their product launch in Europe in 2009. With its innovative technologies and high quality products, TOTO has become one of the leading sanitary ware manufacturers in Japan. Walbert-Schmitz also developed the design concept for the booth TOTO used at the SHK Essen 2016. The glass displays that showed a variety of fittings were a special highlight that also served as wall and attracted the attention of the visitors even from outside the stand.
IPads were attached on the inside of the showcases, visitors could use an app to get information and promotional material of the products such as videos and pdf presentations. The app was designed and implemented in collaboration with our partner M-PLY. The app has a simple design in accord with TOTO’s corporate image. The intuitive navigation structure allows the user to navigate the app unsupervised and find different contents without leaving the app.
